Terms of Service

These terms apply when you enquire about or book a cleaning service from Luxury Cleaning Services Southampton. Please read carefully — by booking with us you agree to them.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide. If a property differs significantly from the description, we may need to revise the quote on arrival.

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed when we agree a date and time in writing (including WhatsApp). We'll do our best to honour the requested slot.

Access to property

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access at the agreed time. If we cannot access the property without prior notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellations

We ask for as much notice as possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee — please ask for our current cancellation terms when booking.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed when booking. We accept the methods communicated to you in writing at the time.

Limitations

We treat your property with care, but cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage, fragile or unsecured items, or wear-and-tear that becomes visible after cleaning.

Satisfaction

If you're not happy with any aspect of a clean, please let us know within 24 hours and we'll do our best to put it right.
